ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY – OSRMA1
By submitting this form, the undersigned (hereinafter "the Participant") declares the following:
Nature of the Activity: To participate, under their own exclusive responsibility, in OSRMA1, a collective checkpoint run held on streets open to traffic. The Participant acknowledges that the activity does not provide for road closures, nor organized technical or medical assistance.
Awareness of Risk: To be fully aware that running in an urban environment involves serious physical risks, including falls, collisions, trauma, and personal injury. The Participant acknowledges that the area may present natural or artificial obstacles along the route chosen independently by the Participant.
Fitness and Release of Liability: To be in suitable psycho-physical condition to perform the activity and to assume all responsibility arising from their participation. The Participant hereby releases the organizer of OSRMA1, any sponsors, and collaborators from all civil and criminal liability for any injury or damage to themselves or third parties.
Individual Responsibility: To commit to complying with all traffic laws and to use their own personal equipment, assuming all responsibility for its proper state of use and compliance with basic safety standards.
Waiver of Claims: To expressly waive any claim for compensation against the organizer, sponsors, and parties involved in the management of OSRMA1 for material or physical damage, direct or indirect, resulting from participation.
Use of Images: To freely authorize the use of any images, videos, or photographs taken during the event, even if containing their likeness, for promotional and documentary purposes, without any claim for compensation.
Mandatory Confirmation: To be aware that this online registration must be formalized through a handwritten signature on the hard-copy liability waiver at the meeting point on the day of the event. Failure to sign the physical document will prevent the collection of the bib and participation in the collective run.
